Terms and conditions

A deposit of £30.00 per room for the first night, plus £20.00 per night thereafter is required at the time of booking. All deposits are non - refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 5 days of the booking arrival date, unless room(s) can be subsequently re-let. We regret there can be no allowance for curtailment of holidays. A reservation constitutes a contract.

Please Note: We are a No-Smoking property. Regrettably, we cannot accept pets. Children welcome.

Check-In times are between: 13:00 - 22:00 and Check-Out time: 10:30

Children over 8 are welcome

Please note that we are an Owners Operated Guest House and do not have a fully manned Reception. It would help up a lot if, on the on-line booking form, you could indicate an approximate arrival time.
